The Board carries the legal and financial responsibilities of the school. Their functions include: budget review/approval; fundraising; site planning and development; community building; and strategic planning.
The Board oversees and provides leadership for standing committees (Development Resource Committee, Enrollment Committee, Buildings and Grounds, Finance,) as well as ad-hoc task groups. The Board is composed of parents, community members and faculty members who meet monthly. A member of the Board also serves on the School’s Governance Council. Board members serve for up to two 3-year terms.
