The Lake Champlain Waldorf High School offers qualified students in the 10th and 11th grade the opportunity to participate in our International Exchange/Visitor Program. The program provides students the means of gaining real fluency in either French or German as well as the chance to experience another culture. For students not studying a foreign language, exchanges in English-speaking countries are possible. Exchange duration can range from a minimum of six weeks to an entire school year.
Faculty and staff members help guide and facilitate the exchange process, including finding a school and an appropriate host-family abroad. Many of the students at Lake Champlain Waldorf High School have participated in this program and are available to share their experiences. Feel free to contact Alice Lissarrague, International Exchange Coordinator, at (802)425-6195 ext. 28 with inquiries.
