Board of Trustees
The Board carries the legal and financial responsibilities of the school. Their functions include budget review/approval; fundraising, both capital and operating; site planning and development; community building and strategic planning. The Board oversees and provides leadership for standing committees (Development Resource Committee, Enrollment Committee, Buildings and Grounds, Committee on Finance, Marketing Task Force) as well as ad-hoc task groups. The Board is composed of parents, community members and faculty members who meet monthly. A member of the Board also serves on the School's Governance Council. Board members serve for up to two 3-year terms.
