Guidelines

If you have a question about how your son or daughter is doing or about his or her program, please contact the student's Kindergarten Teacher, Grade School Class Teacher or High School Advisor. You can also contact directly any Subject Teacher.

If, after talking with the teacher or advisor, you still have questions or issues, you can contact a Branch Coordinator: JoAnne Dennee for Kindergarten, Stephan Vdoviak for Grade School, or Steve Crimy or Bet Dews for High School.

Financial questions? Competitive Sports program questions? Contact Terri Borden.

If your son or daughter is sick and cannot attend school, is late or is going to be picked up early, contact Addie Hall for the Shelburne campus, or Laura Slesar for the Charlotte campus.

For information about general school events, contact the Front Office Administrators at either campus, or Lisa Espenshade in the Development Office.

If in doubt, contact the Governance Council

This faculty- and Board-elected group oversees our School, creating policy, managing the budget and personnel, and generally ensuring we are providing the best education possible.

The Governance Council consists of three teachers (one from each of the three branches of the school), the Administrative Director and a member of the Board of Trustees.
