FESTIVALS

Where the community comes together.

From fall to spring, our school has a rich tradition of seasonal festivals. Each one is unique and brings the community together in different ways. You’ll be able to interact with younger students from throughout the school, as well as their families and friends. Some of these events are open to the public, filling the school grounds with our Shelburne neighbors.

Harvest Festival

Our first festival of the year brings together the entire community for a school-wide play, potluck, and a number of games and activities. Our freshmen return from their Odyssey trip and we come together to give them a hero’s welcome. It’s a beautiful way to start the school year.

Winter Fair

Every year, our school transforms into a winter wonderland with artisan vendors, local food, and family activities. Open to the public, people come from all over the state to do their holiday shopping and share in the festivities, while students get their favorite treat: peppermint lemons.

Mayfest

As spring returns to the Champlain Valley, we celebrate Mayfest. Intended for our younger students, high schoolers will often volunteer to lead crafts throughout the day, helping bring a feeling of magic to our little ones. Flower crowns, pony rides, and puppet shows make for a beautiful day in the sun.
