COMMUNITY

Our community is the heart of our school. We believe students thrive when they are known, valued, and connected—to their classmates and teachers, to their families and neighbors, to the natural world, and to something larger than themselves. We build community through everyday relationships: greeting one another in the parking lot, gathering for festivals and performances, working together outdoors, and continuing to grow our connection with our students long after they graduate.

We are also an active part of our local community. Through partnerships with local farms, museums, and organizations, students experience their education as something connected to the world around them.

There are many ways to become part of life at Lake Champlain Waldorf School and many ways to find your place here.
